Your Responsibilities
- Install and maintain aerial telecommunications cables.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely, including wrenches, drills, ladders, and climbing hooks.
- Operate mechanized equipment such as bucket trucks and excavators.
- Manage traffic flow in compliance with local regulations.
- Work safely at heights using climbing equipment.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications Required
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
- Previous experience in construction, preferably in telecommunications.
- Familiarity with aerial cable installation techniques.
- Ability to climb poles and operate bucket trucks safely.
- Capable of performing various telecommunications construction tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain safe work zones.
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Class A CDL license.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
- Occasional bending, climbing, and outdoor work.
