Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management is essential.
- Develop proposals, define project scopes, and establish budgets for new initiatives.
- Oversee the various phases of geotechnical investigations for significant development and construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) measures.

2. Staff Supervision
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
- Oversee engineering analyses conducted by team members.
- Provide training on fundamental engineering procedures and methodologies.
- Supervise laboratory testing processes.

3. Investigation Coordination
- Design subsurface investigations based on project specifications.
- Evaluate subsurface data and assign relevant laboratory tests.
- Analyze laboratory test results for application in engineering assessments.

4. Engineering Analysis
- Conduct slope stability assessments, landslide stability evaluations, liquefaction hazard assessments, settlement analyses, and more based on field logs and laboratory data.
- Review grading and building plans to identify potential geotechnical challenges and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in software tools such as Excel, Slope Stability Analysis (e.g., Slide), and Liquefaction Analysis.

5. Technical Report Preparation and Review
- Analyze information from field logs and laboratory results to recommend suitable foundation types for structures and provide earthwork guidance.
