In this role, you will play a vital part in restoring properties affected by damage, ensuring that they are returned to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment and supplies for each assignment.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Set up work areas and prepare rooms for various tasks.
- Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly.
- Handle cleaning tasks in diverse environments, including construction sites, natural disaster areas, and biohazard situations.
- Follow established production guidelines and communicate effectively with team members.
- Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are tidy.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and oral communication skills are essential.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces.
- Ability to work in confined areas such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and safety protocols.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
