Job Summary

At Restore Hyper Wellness, we're passionate about helping people live healthier lives. As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you'll be the face of our locations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and playing a key role in our mission to make wellness accessible to all.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and assist with Restore's wellness services
  • Help clients with phone inquiries, voicemails, and scheduling
  • Onboard new clients, including medical waivers and point-of-sale system setup
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and precautions
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and employees
  • Represent the brand and embody Restore's core values
Qualifications
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work weekends and communicate effectively
  • Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field
