Job Title: Club Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Club Operations Supervisor to assist in the oversight of gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front desk tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience
  2. Manage front desk tasks with precision and efficiency
  3. Greet potential members and provide gym tours
  4. Facilitate member service issues and questions
  5. Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed
