Senior Laboratory Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Technician to conduct a variety of testing, in accordance with existing procedures, on Kitchen and Bath fixtures and fittings to determine product performance while observing and recording results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to conduct testing and evaluation of product prototypes to various clients and national standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed in an accurate manner, while being committed to meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail to prepare complete records of tests conducted, procedures used, and testing results, paying specific attention to report any unusual results that may affect the outcome of the test.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in the safe operation of laboratory equipment and adherence to ISO 17025 procedures.
- Participate in laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration tasks in accordance with laboratory policy.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a Science or Engineering field OR high school graduate with at least two years of proven experience working in product development or related role, preferably within a laboratory environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and report writing skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
