We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center. As a Travel Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and medication management services in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Provide medication management services to patients, including ordering and dispensing medications, monitoring patient responses, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
- Develop and implement individualized medication plans for patients with complex medical needs.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist, with 1 year of residency included.
- Documentation proficiency using EPIC system.
- No prior experience with the hospital system required.
Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
