Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Verify account information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in software programs and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
