Behavior Analyst Role for Special Needs Individuals

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be certified by the BACB. This role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision and training to behavior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create a cohesive treatment plan.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- State licensure, if applicable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary based on experience.
