Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Taft, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing goals.
  • Provide therapy services to individuals across the lifespan with a variety of speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in California.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
