Quarry Plant Operator and Maintenance Specialist

Central Stone Company is seeking a highly skilled Quarry Plant Operator and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing rock crushing, processing, and conveying equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with general manufacturing processes and/or operating/maintaining heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and/or clean equipment as needed.
• Monitor and operate crushing plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with plant mode changes and communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with general manufacturing processes and/or operating/maintaining heavy equipment.
• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
