Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Permanent General Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

This role will be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring the successful execution of our high-profile multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure project completion within budget.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with multi-family construction projects.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • BSc/BA in engineering, construction science, or relevant field is preferred.
