The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000.

This Preventative Maintenance Technician role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team at Douglas Emmett. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the optimal performance of our properties.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and repair all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and devices in the building.
  • Maintain operating manuals and technical data, and accurate written records of all maintenance services, preventive maintenance, equipment inventory, general supply and parts inventory, and pertinent data regarding operating equipment, building fixtures.
  • Perform minor painting, carpentry, locksmith, and exterior site work as required.
  • Evaluate specifications, blueprints, and line diagrams.
  • Understand and effect required mechanical operating standards for the building.
