- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
- Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner, following established steps of service.
- Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
- Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and serving temperatures.
- Cleans and sanitizes all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor.
- Previous grill cooking and high-volume food service production experience is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A competitive salary range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
