Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Full-Time Line Cooks to enhance our culinary team at Red Nar Mediterranean Grill.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Ensure that every dish is prepared and presented according to established guidelines.
  • Manage cooking and preparation times effectively to guarantee prompt service of meals.
  • Prepare the next shift for success by thoroughly cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils, while keeping food storage organized.
  • Complete all assigned tasks to the highest standards by the end of each shift.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as required.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Memorize and accurately reproduce recipe and menu item preparation procedures.
  • Exhibit the physical endurance to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Possession of ServSafe (Food Handlers Certification) is advantageous.
