Key Responsibilities
  • Examination Procedures: Perform CT and radiologic examinations using advanced imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during examinations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Radiologic Technology program from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications: State of Kentucky Radiation Operator Certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Experience: Previous experience in CT or radiologic technology, preferably in a hospital setting.
