Job Title: Patient Support Technician

Community Rehabilitation Hospital West is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Support Technician to join our interdisciplinary team. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals in need of continued rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide morning and evening care to patients, including bed baths, oral hygiene, and back care.
  • Assist patients with meals, answer call lights, and anticipate their needs.
  • Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
  • Assist with treatment procedures and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • CPR/BCLS Certification
  • Minimum six months experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
