Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at People Incorporated. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication distribution.
  • Implement Positive Behavior Support and individualized programs as identified in Individual Service Plans.
  • Assist with community outings and activities, such as going to the movies, shopping, or playing sports.
  • De-escalate and manage crisis situations to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

  • Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
  • Compassionate and empathetic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
