Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Therapist to join our team at CONCERN, a non-profit human services organization dedicated to providing child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health services to children and their families.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide mobile and face-to-face therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, working with a variety of mental health needs across various settings, including home, school, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop individual psychosocial evaluations and remedy plans for clients.
  • Use written orders and assessments to determine therapy approaches and develop remedies for clients with behavioral health needs.
  • Provide mobile and face-to-face therapy services in a competent, professional, and confidential manner.
  • Meet with Clinical Supervisors for supervision and participate in scheduled staff and in-service meetings.
  • Work with CONCERN Case Managers to implement treatment plans and individual program descriptions.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Meet one of the following requirements:
    • Licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
    • Licensed in PA as a Social Worker (LSW) or Behavior Specialist (BSL) with a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
    • At least 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children up to and including age 21, and a graduate degree with at least nine (9) credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling.
    • Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree with at least nine (9) credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education counseling, or a related field.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and all required state and federal clearances.
  • Be organized and have excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Be resourceful and able to work with a team and independently.
  • Keep all information confidential and abide by HIPPA guidelines.
Benefits
  • Billable rates: $40/hour for Licensed Mobile Therapists and $32/hour for Non-Licensed Mobile Therapists.
  • Administrative rates: $14/hour for supervision and training, and $7.50/hour for all other non-billable tasks.
