  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from team members.
  • Create reusable automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company-defined standards in all automated testing activities.
  • Plan, negotiate, and manage all release-related activities effectively.
  • Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, ensuring the execution of deployment plans and checklists.
  • Communicate essential project plans, commitments, and modifications, including requirements, QA strategies, schedules, and scope adjustments.
