About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at McAuley Residence SNF Sub Acute. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients and residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, assemble, and distribute meals to patients/residents and visitors in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
  • Transport equipment, meals, and supplies to various destinations within the facility.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Basic math skills and ability to tell time.
Working Conditions

This role requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. You must also have sufficient dexterity to handle food and equipment efficiently and safely. You will work in varying atmosphere temperatures and may be exposed to hazards from electrical, mechanical, and power equipment.
