Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral member of the treatment team, ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
  • Employ a dynamic and functional methodology to assist patients in overcoming limitations related to musculoskeletal issues.
  • Integrate manual therapy techniques with exercise strategies to enhance patient mobility and comfort.
  • Adopt a holistic perspective to identify the root causes of a patient's injury, discomfort, or dysfunction.
  • Collaborate with the Therapist to accurately interpret and implement the patient's care plan.
  • Adhere to insurance authorization protocols as outlined by the Therapist.
  • Document patient status and progress, including clinical observations and relevant patient information.
  • Tailor treatment goals and activities based on the Therapist's assessment of patient data.
  • Administer interventions to improve and sustain medically necessary treatments while evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the Therapist and guide the physical therapy technician in delivering patient care.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations, HIPAA standards, and company policies.
  • Stay informed on professional documentation and reimbursement guidelines.
