Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, and actively resolving potential service issues.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Support opening and closing store activities, assist pharmacy personnel when needed, and provide customer support to all departments.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all updated services and tools, and assist customers in finding the products they need.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 16 years old
  • Physical Requirements: Remaining upright on the feet, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
  • Visual Acuity: Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
