We are looking for an Urban Development Engineer to join our team at Ad-vance Talent Solutions in Belleview, FL. As an Urban Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing urban development projects that meet the needs of our growing community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of urban development projects
  • Creation of functional and sustainable urban environments
  • Coordination with stakeholders, including citizens, consultants, and other government agencies
  • Development and implementation of project plans and schedules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or related engineering or Business Administration
  • 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • FL PE or equivalent license with ability to obtain Florida PE within 6 months

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,149.60 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include FEMA NIMS IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 certifications within three months of assignment, and Florida Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation control Inspector certificate within twelve months of assignment.
