Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Central Coast Dentist. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients to the dental office and prepare them for treatments or check-ups, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures.
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations and maintain a clean and well-stocked dental room.
  • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry and undertake lab tasks as instructed.
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with payment procedures and ensure seamless communication with patients.

Requirements:

  • RDA certification
  • Coronal polish certificate
  • California X-ray license
  • Infection control and sterilization knowledge
