Key Responsibilities- Utilize approved cleaning solutions to damp dust all surfaces effectively.
- Exercise caution when cleaning areas with sensitive equipment to prevent damage.
- Ensure all restrooms in designated areas are cleaned thoroughly as per the training guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices and related spaces following established procedures.
- Rearrange furniture and equipment post-cleaning, ensuring lights are turned off and doors are secured.
- Clean corridors in accordance with departmental protocols, prioritizing safety for all users.
- Keep the supply cart stocked with necessary cleaning materials to minimize interruptions during shifts.
- Store cleaning equipment properly during breaks or meetings.
- Report any malfunctioning cleaning equipment to the supervisor immediately and tag it as out of service.
- Perform thorough cleaning of all equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Organize and store equipment appropriately at the end of each shift.
- Perform spot cleaning on carpets as needed.
- Ensure all completed work is neat, accurate, and thorough, including proper disposal of mop water.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of equipment after each use.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Possess 30-90 days of relevant job experience.
Note: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Legal Residents.
Background Check: A comprehensive criminal background check is required for this position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Compensation: $22.60+ per hour, with 8 paid holidays.
Experience: Previous experience as a Floor Technician is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
