As a leader in this domain space, you will be responsible for defining technology and operational strategy and supporting roadmaps. You will also manage the design, development, and operations of the team with a focus on operational excellence and availability.

We need a leader with a passionate can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate while acting as a thought leader in this domain space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define technology and operational strategy and support roadmaps
  • Manage the design, development, and operations of the team with a focus on operational excellence and availability
  • Recruit and build a diverse, capable, and cohesive engineering team
  • Drive continuous improvement and envision the future state of the Cloud Platform
  • Foster strong partnerships with Operations, Support, Product Management, and Engineering across S&P divisions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years leading complex technical/engineering product and cloud service teams with most of this experience in a cloud environment, 5+ years of recent experience in leadership roles
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in cloud computing, cloud services, databases, or big data or NoSQL technologies or data science and data analytics
  • Experience with AWS technologies building Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities that enable teams to build cloud-native applications without the need to understand the underlying infrastructure
  • Demonstrated record of coaching and mentoring Engineering leaders on both technical and management career tracks

We offer a competitive salary range of $152,000 - $275,000 based on your location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits.
