The Chief Data Strategist will be responsible for setting and driving the strategic vision for the Data Science function focused on Customer retention, expansion, and acquisition. S/he will partner with executive leaders to leverage data science, analytics and machine learning as a strategic differentiator for the business.

This role requires experience in thought leadership and platform development, hands-on development and team guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and model performance tuning and augmentation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of previous experience in a hands-on data science role, preferably customer and marketing focused, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is between $155,750 and $222,500 per year for full-time employees, depending on location, skills, and experience.
