Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a talented Pastry Artisan to join our team at Sam's Club in Macon, GA.

Job Description:

• Responsible for driving member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less.
• Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy, follow recipe measurement instructions, and work with various products to create decorative flowers and lettering.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive performance of the bakery area, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events.

Requirements:

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
