  • Preparing technical reports and conducting engineering analyses for various treatment facilities.
  • Developing construction documents, including Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and control panel details.

Procurement Support

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Reviewing contractor submittals and shop drawings related to electrical and control systems.
  • Providing engineering support during construction, including site inspections and equipment commissioning.

Work Environment

This role typically involves working in an office setting with extended periods of computer use, alongside fieldwork that may expose you to various weather conditions. Adherence to health and safety guidelines is paramount to ensure personal and team safety.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree. A minimum of six years of experience in instrumentation and controls is essential. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Control Systems or Electrical Engineering is required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
