Housekeeping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused House Attendant to join our team at SpringHill Suites.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience).

• Greet and Serve Guests: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries and requests, and assisting them with any needs or issues they may have.
• Clean and Maintain Public Areas: Clean and maintain public hotel areas, including guest corridors, lobbies, and public restrooms, according to established brand and sustainability standards.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other house attendants and hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve common goals.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training is also beneficial.
• Physical Demands: The ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds, reach, bend, and kneel to reach all areas is essential for this role.
