At Grandview Medical Center, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Pulmonary LPN, you'll play a vital role in our team's success. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our night shift team in our 434-bed regional referral center and tertiary-care facility.

About the Role

As a Pulmonary LPN, you'll work under the supervision of an RN Team Leader, performing delegated tasks and serving as a care partner to the RN/Team Leader. You'll be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of patients, relying on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to department and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering growth and development among team members.
