**Rehabilitation Therapist - Allied Health**

This is a 13-week travel assignment for an Allied Health Rehabilitation Therapist.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist preferred
  • Additional certifications may be necessary for this role
  • Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directives; proficiency in PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to remain stationary, move about, lift and transport equipment, push, pull, and bend as necessary.
  • Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide and coordinate patient care.
  • Monitors patient responses to interventions and reports outcomes accordingly.
  • Administers medications as prescribed with proper documentation.
  • Evaluates patients before, during, and after procedures as required.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if necessary.
  • Maintains cleanliness of treatment areas and ensures adequate supply stock.
  • Transports patients as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Essential Skills:
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Technical/Motor Skills - Proficient in grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving about when assisting with procedures and/or using departmental equipment.
  • Mental Requirements - Capable of managing frequent interactions with the public and meeting deadlines under pressure. Must work well under supervision and independently when required.
  • Sensory - Adequate visual acuity and effective communication skills.
