Job Summary:

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Pulmonology Sleep Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity. As a Pulmonology Sleep Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient/inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders
  • Conduct diagnostic tests, including chest X-rays, PFTs, and simple/complex stress tests
  • Perform procedures, such as EBUS, bronchoscopy, and thoracentesis
  • Collaborate with support staff, including MAs, APPs, and office staff
  • Participate in call coverage and provide backup support as needed

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
  • Current hospital privileges and temporary privileges available
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient/inpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
