We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team at Smart Pawn & Jewelry. As a Pawnbroker Associate, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Position:
This is a full-time opportunity offering an estimated salary of $15-$18 per hour, plus commission based on productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math calculations abilities, and prior cash handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to develop a rapport and recommend financial solutions
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as processing sales and loans, handling cash and negotiable items, and maintaining store inventory
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient store operations

Qualifications:
- 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Basic math calculations and cash handling experience preferred
