Bakery Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Bakery Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our baked goods and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and package all baked goods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist the Bakery Manager in maintaining a clean and organized bakery department, including cleaning shelves and products, and sweeping the floor.
- Provide a high level of customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our bakery products.
- Stock, face, and price all bakery products, ensuring that they are properly rotated and displayed.
- Receive and inspect shipments of bakery products, ensuring that they meet our quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of bakery experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Food Handlers permit required.
