About the Role
The Edgewater is seeking a highly skilled Group Rooms & Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our hotel by providing exceptional customer service and maximizing room revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all room reservations aspects for group bookings, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest service.
- Monitor and manage group room blocks to maximize room revenues and hotel occupancy.
- Collaborate with the Rooms and Sales Departments to handle group bookings, execute the turnover process, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
