Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Job

Johanna Foods is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to support its manufacturing operation network technology systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring switches, firewalls, and access points using GUI and CLI, as well as knowledge of security systems, card readers, cameras, etc.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain network devices.
  • Ensure all manufacturing network devices are secure from unwanted access.
  • Maintain documentation of the manufacturing infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 5 years relative work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Technology, Management Information Systems, or computer related degree from an accredited College or University.
  • A strong technical background and hands-on experience in bringing issues to rapid resolution.
