We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health FirstChoice in Muskegon, Michigan. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons and anesthesiologists to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations
- Maintain a clean and safe operating environment
- Prepare and sterilize surgical equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, based on an hourly wage of $45.00. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and employee assistance programs.
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, with a preferred certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
