  • Prepare and cook high-quality menu items to meet our guests' expectations.
  • Set up, clean, and sanitize the workstation to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning and food preparation tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn and apply galley terminology and procedures.
  • Strong reading skills to complete online and on-the-job training.
  • Ability to memorize recipes and plating techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
