- Referral Incentives: Generous referral fees available for potential candidates.

- Seeking a board certified or board eligible physician specializing in interventional pain management.
- Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Patient load: Approximately 20-35 patients daily (subject to variation).
- Procedural volume: 8-14 procedures daily (subject to variation).
- Shared on-call responsibilities with the medical team.
- Involvement in medical management.
- Required procedures include: Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI), Facet Injections, Nerve Blocks, Radiofrequency Ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS).
- No hospital rounding required.
- Collaborative call coverage with fellow physicians.
- Established and comprehensive private pain management practice.
- Marketing efforts are directed towards both commercial and government patient bases.
- Procedures conducted in a dedicated office suite and/or affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- Utilization of Modernizing Medicine for Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

- Guaranteed compensation of $400-$450k for the first 1-2 years, based on market standards.
