At Story County Medical Center, we are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Senior Care team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and toileting residents. You will also utilize your knowledge from CNA training to properly position, ambulate, transfer, and lift residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Utilizing knowledge from CNA training to promote resident self-esteem and independence
  • Maintaining effective communication with nursing staff, medical staff, and all other departments
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information

Requirements include:

  • 1 year of experience in long term care
  • Knowledge in Point Click Care; Point of Care
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
