Key Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and oversight based on primary goals and broad parameters. Ensure the effective implementation and quality control of tasks.
- Support the promotion of the firm's services to attract new clientele and reinforce existing partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to fulfill project specifications.
- Address project-related inquiries, perform research, and evaluate documents associated with land and acquisition processes.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external parties to facilitate acquisition activities.
- Assist in securing repeat engagements from current clients while identifying potential new business opportunities.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints and enhance profitability.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in land acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with acquisition processes, including project oversight, financial management, permitting, and legal considerations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of interpreting construction documents.
- A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to obtain a real estate license may be necessary.
Work Environment:
- Professional office setting with occasional travel obligations.
