Position Summary:
The Healthcare Team Supervisor (HTS) is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of a multidisciplinary team, which includes managing resources, scheduling, and delegating assignments. The HTS ensures that all patient services are delivered in line with established protocols and regulatory standards. Additionally, the HTS plays a crucial role in the recruitment process and is responsible for the development, supervision, and training of clinical personnel. The HTS also engages in continuous process enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with staff regarding patient admissions, overnight updates, and triage information.
- Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to discuss patient care details.
- Lead teams composed of Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
- Collaborate with admissions and intake teams to manage documentation.
What We Offer:
- Annual salary ranging from $86,000 to $93,000.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
- Comprehensive benefits package available after 30 days of employment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, training, and experience will also be considered.
- A valid and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with increasing management responsibilities is required, including experience in home health, hospice, oncology, or medical-surgical settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Compensation: $86,000.00 to $93,000.00 annually
