Homebuilding Specialist

Rhodes Enterprises is seeking a skilled Homebuilding Specialist to join our team in South Texas. As an entry-level position, this role will provide an exciting opportunity to learn the homebuilding process and grow with our company.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus & profit-sharing programs, health care coverage, 401(k) with company matching contributions, and more.

In this role, you will assist in managing the homebuilding process, including project planning/scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor relations. You will also be responsible for enforcing site safety programs and ensuring compliance with Company standards and applicable safety codes and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Take on responsibility for learning the overall homebuilding process
• Develop and maintain positive subcontractor relations
• Ensure that subcontractors are managed and continually evaluated on quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control measures
• Support and assist the construction schedule to ensure timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and an associate's or technical degree in construction or a related field. Proficient computer skills and strong communication skills are also required.
