Job Overview

Buff City Soap is seeking a skilled Soap Makery Associate to join our team in Texas/Oklahoma. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, handcrafted soaps using natural ingredients and innovative techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a variety of handcrafted soaps, including soaps, bath bombs, truffles, shower fizzles, scrubs, and serums.
  • Label and package products for retail and wholesale distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to perform makery functions, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
