Warehouse Clerk Job Description

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting the warehouse management team with various day-to-day tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and calculate daily warehouse paperwork, spreadsheets, and shipping productivity reports.
  • Perform administrative and clerical functions as assigned.
  • Assign Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators accordingly.
  • Communicate status, needs, and issues to the management team.
  • Track equipment pre-shift inspections and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collect activity reports daily, including indirects.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • A minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write correspondence effectively, and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and identify, analyze, and solve problems in situations with limited standardization.
  • Knowledge of the WMiS system and TOLAS Inventory software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
  • Ability to operate RF scan equipment and all Material Handling Equipment according to OSHA and company guidelines.
