Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and recovery-oriented psychiatric treatment services to patients
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health needs
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Completion of an accredited training program in general psychiatry
  • Licensure to practice medicine in New York State
  • Board certification in general psychiatry
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $234,872 to $246,358 per year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 40 hours per week. Flextime, mandatory overtime, and compressed workweek are not allowed. Telecommuting is also not permitted.
