Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Cable Technicians to work on various commercial projects in Charleston. This role involves installing cable infrastructure and WiFi access points in hospitals, schools, and other large commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cable Installation: Install, terminate, and punch down Cat5/Cat6 cables with precision.
  • WiFi Installation: Mount and install WiFi access points (APs) efficiently, aiming for 12 cables and APs daily.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Understand and interpret blueprints and key symbols to ensure accurate installations.
  • Versatile Work Environments: Work in hospitals, schools, and other large commercial projects, adapting to diverse settings.

Requirements:

  • WiFi Proficiency: Strong experience with WiFi systems, including mounting APs, managing MAC addresses, link lights, and patching cables.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in both hospital and construction settings.
  • Commercial Experience: Previous work in commercial environments, especially hospitals and schools.
  • Certifications: OSHA or Fiber certification is a bonus.
  • Dependable Transport: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Work Schedule:
