Painter - Standard

Rittal is seeking a skilled Painter - Standard to join our team. As a key member of our Surface Treatment team, you will be responsible for processing unpainted work, rework, and special color parts through our finishing systems.

• Collaborate with the Surface Treatment team to ensure efficient processing of parts through the finishing systems.
• Program and operate automated equipment in automatic booths to achieve high-quality coatings.
• Monitor coating quality from the paint systems to meet customer specifications.
• Clean and maintain all paint-related equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Operate and maintain paint application and delivery equipment in both manual and automatic spray booths.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of powder paint equipment and applications required.
• E-Coat experience a plus.

• Occasional standing in paint booths.
• Frequent walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Frequent use of stairs or ladder.
• Grasping hand tools, including paint application/delivery equipment.
• Frequent work overhead.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-40 pounds frequently, and 25 pounds above the shoulders occasionally.
